Please submit either one of the following documents to validate your PG Student Registration for EMCON 2026:

HOD Supporting Letter
A letter from your Head of Department (HOD) specifying your current academic program.

OR

Registration Letter
A registration letter issued by the governing body/university, such as NBE, University, or other recognised authority, clearly mentioning your student/registration number.

Please email the document to emcon2026mumbai@gmail.com for verification.

• Conference kit & badge
• Tea/coffee & lunch
• Trade exhibition access
• CME certificate
• GALA dinner with entertainment

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 15th March 2026 – 75% of the registration and accommodation fee would be refunded
• Before15th April 2026– 50% of the registration and accommodation fee would be refunded
• After 1st June 2026 – No refund

Important Notes:

• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Registration is not transferable.
• In case of a "No Show", no refund will be provided.
